Program Impact Advisory Committee

The purpose of the Juniper Arts Academy Program Impact Advisory Committee is to be a support team for the Juniper Arts Academy Executive Director, teachers, and volunteers, and provide guidance on organizational vision, trauma-informed tools, and appropriate training. This will be a committee made up of community professionals who are passionate about supporting the mission and students, but are able to commit time on an advice or training based level. Examples could include being available for consultations, answering questions regarding your specialty, providing or connecting to training, and providing feedback on programs in order to ensure that the overall community is providing the best possible services to our students. 


Committee Member Duties: 

● Average commitment of 1-2 hours monthly. 

● Provide consultation, advice, and feedback at no charge to Juniper Arts Academy. 

● Communicate effectively with the Executive Director regarding needs, questions, and concerns. 

● Attend Advisory Committee Bi-Annual Meeting to review organizational progress, trauma-informed methods of services, and strengthen approach. 

● Provide or refer to professional training for teachers and volunteers.
