Fine Arts Clubs
We bring the arts to our students—where they are and when they need it most. For many youth in foster care and the juvenile justice communities, Juniper Arts Academy provides their only access to fine arts education. Our Fine Arts Clubs offer instrumental and vocal music classes, helping students build confidence, express themselves, and develop new skills.
Beyond music and visual arts, these classes provide a space for students to build healthy coping skills, form positive relationships, and grow in social-emotional learning (SEL). By bringing programs directly to our partner facilities, we remove barriers to participation and create meaningful opportunities for self-expression and personal growth.

School Break Camps
During school breaks, we provide immersive arts camps that give students a creative outlet in a supportive environment. These camps offer hands-on experiences in instrumental and vocal music, helping students build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and grow in social-emotional learning (SEL).
Camps have been held on-site at youth residential facilities and juvenile detention facilities, as well as at off-site locations where young people in foster care can come together and build community. By engaging in the arts during breaks, students stay connected, continue learning, and form positive relationships in a safe and encouraging space.

Workshops
Juniper Workshops bring in guest artists to inspire and teach new skills through live performances and hands-on instruction. These one-time sessions give students the opportunity to explore new art forms, learn from professionals, and deepen their creative expression in a supportive environment.
Field Trips
Juniper Field Trips give students the chance to experience the arts beyond the classroom. From visiting art museums to seeing National Broadway Tours, these trips provide inspiring, real-world connections to the creative world—expanding students' perspectives and deepening their appreciation for the arts.
